Built in 1921, The Raymond stands as one of Rochester's early historic apartment buildings. In 2022, Black Swan completed a once-in-a-century renovation that restored the building's original character while updating it from the inside out. Electrical systems were replaced, and kitchens were modernized with brand-new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, and subway tile backsplashes. Interiors were thoughtfully renovated throughout to support modern living within a preserved structure.
